SOVA is governed by a well defined, written and approved Constitution. All the members constitute the General Body and the management is vested with a Executive Committee, the members drawn from the General Body. The Director (Chief Executive) Heads the Executive Committee whereas the Chairman heads the General Body. Election to the Governing Body is held every 5 years.
